Here are our top tips for supporting the whole family’s tummies through the Easter chocolate-fest:

  • Only eat chocolate after a healthy protein-based meal or snack.
  • Exercise and move your body every day.
  • Get the whole family outside in the fresh air.
  • Limit the amount of chocolate eaten each day - but don't be too restrictive.
  • Drink lots of water to stay hydrate.
