Who is Rosie?
Rosie Letts BSc mBANT CNHC is a multi-award winning practitioner of nutritional therapy and functional medicine, an integrated fertility and women’s health expert and author. Through the most up-to-date nutritional medicine and diagnostic testing, Rosie’s ability to take the next step beyond the test results strategically and effectively is what has lead to her profound status.
Her passion is helping people to improve your digestion, achieve effortless weight loss, and rebalance your hormones, by establishing a healthy and rewarding relationship with food and your body.

Rosie’s successful approach is very much relative to reviewing the gut health of her clients. Often, chronic understand and identify the lifestyle factors and physiological processes that are contributing to your condition, and then teach you how to restore balance, in your life and your gut. Using only proven and effective nutritional medicine and the most up-to-date diagnostic testing, Rosie’s collaborative work with the microbiome drives lasting and powerful results. You don’t have to be local, either - success rates are achieved through one-to-one consultations at the clinic or via Skype, or through her signature Reinvent programme.
Rosie Letts BSc mBANT CNHC graduated with a first class degree in Health Science (Nutritional Therapy) from the University of Westminster, swiftly becoming an award-winning practitioner of nutritional therapy and functional medicine. She is a full member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Rosie is fully committed to attaining the highest standards of knowledge, competence, integrity and professionalism in the practice of Nutritional Therapy and regularly attend seminars and events to ensure she is up to date with the latest research.
Rosie has worked with over 700 successful clients to date, with no lower than 5* reviews in her specialist areas - gut health, infertility, hormone imbalances, thyroid problems, weight loss, PCOS, menopause, adrenal issues and eczema.
Her passion to cure suppressed sicknesses of the mass population is what lead to the creation of her programme ‘Reinvent’. With 200+ recipes, weekly meal plans, a 12 week course in nutrition, a cravings journal, weekly webinar recordings and endless professional resources, Rosie has been able to treat hundreds more clients around the world seperate to her practise. When she is not at her clinic, Rosie lectures at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.
