Lisa eats very healthily most of the time and her go to shopping staples are avocados, eggs, fruit, almond milk and tenderstembroccoli. But, like all of us, she will eat the occasional pizza and have the odd vodka lime soda. To help with combatting bloating, she stays hydrated at all times, avoids sugar and always takes two ProVen Probiotics each day, usually with breakfast.
Lisa also recommends chewing slowly, being more mindful when eating and not eating on the go. She says that bloating makes her feel uncomfortable and self-conscious and that, as a result, her clothes don’t always fit as they should.
