Rosie Letts is a nutritional therapist based in Bristol who works with clients to make small changes to drive lasting results.
Many of these changes are related to supporting the gut and to we are delighted that Rosie has become Pro-Ven Probiotics' first partner.
Who is Rosie?
Rosie Letts BSc mBANT CNHC is a multi-award winning practitioner of nutritional therapy and functional medicine, an integrated fertility and women’s health expert and author.
Through current nutritional medicine and diagnostic testing, Rosie is able to work with each individual client to develop an effective strategy for health. Her passion is helping people to improve digestion, lose weight and rebalance hormones by establishing a healthy and rewarding relationship with food and their body.

Rosie graduated with a first class degree in Health Science (Nutritional Therapy) from the University of Westminster and has since won a number of awards in this area.
She is a full member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and regularly attend seminars and events to maintain the highest standards of knowledge, competence and professionalism in Nutritional Therapy.

Rosie’s successful approach places the gut and the microbiome at the centre of health and makes her the perfect partner for ProVen Probiotics.

Rosie has worked with over 1,200 clients to date, with 5* reviews in her specialist areas - gut health, infertility, hormone imbalance, thyroid problems, weight loss, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), menopause, adrenal issues and eczema.
Her passion to help as many people as possible with unidentified illnesses, led to the creation of her Reinvent programme, which includes 200+ recipes, weekly meal plans, a 12 week course in nutrition, a cravings journal, weekly webinar recordings and a raft of other resources.
When she is not at her clinic, Rosie lectures at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.
